A state of the art, low carbon, research facility demonstrating an exciting commitment to the dynamic research and learning potential across engineering, design, neurology, psychology, health and the arts for UCL.
The facility boasts impressive low zero carbon credentials using high efficient ASHPs for heating, cooling and hot water. A 40% carbon reduction over building regulations was achieve in conjunction with a significant Photovoltaic Panel array spanning the entire roof of the building.
