Conversion and Extension of an existing Public House into 54 Apartments and Studios.
An original Edwardian pub building was retained and refurbished as part of the scheme. A new pub located at ground floor level, with staff accommodation and conference facilities.
A new block of apartments was constructed to accommodate 54 1 Bed, 2 Bed and Studio Apartments fed via an energy efficient district heating scheme heated via combine heat and power units.
